These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of borrowedandblue.co and weddingvenueguy.com (each a "Site," together the "Site"), operated by Borrowed and Blue LLC and its affiliate Venaq LLC, including our cofounder Alex Mashburn'sThe Wedding Venue Guy brand (together, "Borrowed & Blue," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, including by interfering with its operation, attempting to gain unauthorized access, submitting false or misleading information, or using automated means to collect data from it.

Information only, not professional advice

Content on the Site is general information about our company and services. It is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and it is not an offer to buy, sell, or manage any property. Any services or transactions are governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Our systems and services

Descriptions of our services and the in-house systems we're developing are provided for information and may change. Our systems are part of our management services and are not offered for sale separately. Features described on the Site may not yet be available at every venue.

When you submit a form, you agree that we may contact you using the details you provide. If you consent to text messages, ourPrivacy Policy describes how those messages work. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, photos, logos, and design, belong to Borrowed & Blue or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission, except to view the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Third-party links

The Site links to websites we don't control, including our venues' own sites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its information is complete or current. Results described on the Site, such as booking or revenue improvements, are not guarantees of future results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Borrowed & Blue will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Borrowed & Blue harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
