This Privacy Policy explains how Borrowed and Blue LLC and its affiliate Venaq LLC, including our cofounder Alex Mashburn's The Wedding Venue Guy brand (together, "Borrowed & Blue," "we," "us," or "our"), collect, use, and share information when you visit borrowedandblue.co or weddingvenueguy.com (each a "Site") or contact us through either one. Both Sites share one contact form and one customer database. By using a Site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, state, venue name and details, preferred contact method, and anything else you choose to include in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect standard usage data, such as pages visited, referring site, approximate location, device and browser type, and IP address, using cookies and similar technologies (for example, Google Analytics).

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and talk with you about your wedding venue, including management, purchase, or other services
• To schedule calls and follow up with you
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and understand how visitors use it
• To protect against fraud, spam, and misuse, and to comply with legal obligations

Text messages

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Alex The Wedding Venue Guy (Cofounder of Venaq LLC & Borrowed and Blue LLC) about scheduling a call and following up about your venue. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run our business and the Site, such as our CRM and form provider, website hosting, email, and analytics providers, who may use it only to provide services to us
• Among Borrowed & Blue and its affiliates, to respond to you and provide the services you ask about
• If required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business

How long we keep information

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailingcorporate@borrowedandblue.co. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as the law requires.

Children

The Sites are meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Other websites

The Sites link to other websites, including our venues' own sites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
